Farman Connect Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Farman Connect services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Farman Connect provides a cloud-based WiFi Monetization Platform that enables businesses to manage and sell internet access through vouchers or digital authentication.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use the platform lawfully.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Not misuse, hack, or interfere with the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- Internet access will only be activated after successful payment confirmation.
- Failed or cancelled transactions will not activate services.
5. WiFi Packages
Each WiFi package has:
- A specific validity period.
- Usage conditions determined by the hotspot operator.
- Automatic expiration after the purchased period.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Distribute malware.
- Abuse network resources.
- Perform illegal online activities using the service.
7. Suspension
Farman Connect may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Farman Connect shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party internet providers, power failures, customer equipment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes
Farman Connect may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
